Tempelhof Transition

Tempelhof Transition (2010)

In 2008 Berlin's famous airport Tempelhof ceased operating. Afterwards the gigantic area was merely a playground for airport foxes. On April 30th 2010 a dozen colourful men and a variety of machines begann to transform the gates and to sell kilometres of barbed wire, making the area accessible. These were the trivial last days of an airport.
